Overview
ImagePrompts is currently designed as a static gallery. As implemented, it does not require user accounts, payments, newsletter signup, comments, or an in-site contact form.
This Privacy Policy explains the limited information that may be processed when you browse the site or contact us by email. If future features add analytics, accounts, forms, payments, or advertising, this policy should be updated before those features are launched.
Information We May Process
We may process basic technical information that browsers, hosting providers, CDNs, or security tools routinely receive, such as IP address, request time, browser type, device information, referring page, and pages requested.
If you email us, we may receive your email address, name, message content, attachments, and any details you choose to provide.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and protect the site; respond to questions and rights requests; maintain records; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not knowingly sell personal information. We do not use the static site to request passwords, payment information, or sensitive government identifiers.
Cookies, Analytics, and Third Parties
The current codebase does not include tracking cookies, behavioral advertising scripts, or analytics tags. Hosting, CDN, browser, search engine, and security providers may still process technical logs according to their own policies.
ImagePrompts may link to third-party websites, model providers, tools, or resources. Those third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices, terms, and security.
Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required to resolve disputes, comply with law, or protect legitimate interests.
No website or transmission method is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a static informational site, but we cannot guarantee that information will always remain secure.
Children and International Users
ImagePrompts is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the issue.
If you access the site from outside the operator's location, your information may be processed in other countries with different data protection laws.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us at contactsupport@yeah.net to ask about privacy, request corrections, or request deletion of information you provided to us by email.
We may need enough information to verify and process a request. Some information may be retained where required by law, security needs, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping.
